Tilt wanted to make its experience engaging, entertaining, and even more social than endlessly scrolling product page reviews. The concept was rooted in the fact that we value the opinions of our friends over anonymous reviewers. We designed Tilt to encourage users to post media along with their reviews.
The challenge was how to incentivize users to post valuable reviews that are more than just a star rating and a simple “love it!” We collaborated closely with Jesse to create a more realistic rating system that follows the life of a product. With Tilt you can post multiple experiences with a product, giving ratings throughout to ensure that first impressions aren’t the only thing a potential purchaser is seeing.
